Frequently asked questions
What do I need to collect a debt through the courts?
A document that supports the obligation, such as a promissory note, a bill of exchange, an accepted invoice, or a mortgage or pledge. With it, we assess the fastest procedural route.
Can the debtor’s assets be attached?
Yes. Within the proceedings, the attachment (embargo) of the debtor’s wages, bank accounts, vehicles and real estate can be requested, within the limits set by law.
